And actually I have now read that same article on a couple of medical sites.
How amazing would that be? I can’t wait until they finish the studies for this. Actually I’m not going to. Even if it turns out to not be as productive as they are saying, which is 40% more effective than my shots. Cinnamon is not exactly going to harm me. So yes now there will be a spoonful in either my cereal or coffee every morning. I started last night and not only could it be helping me physically, but YUM, it tasted very nice in my coffee.
